Brine Treatment
Brine removal solutions are typically implemented in large desalination facilities rather than small RO systems due to scale and economic feasibility. Large plants have the capacity to handle the significant volume of brine generated. They can incorporate advanced brine management techniques, such as deep well injection or conversion to valuable byproducts like sodium hydroxide. Small RO systems may lack the infrastructure and resources for complex brine treatment processes.
